Order Processing Time
All orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after your order is placed. We ship using UPS eCommerce, USPS, or DPD, depending on your location and the fastest available service available at the time.
Delivery Timeframes (UK)
- Overseas Stock: If the product is shipped from overseas, delivery generally takes 14–20 days.
- UK Stock: If the product is available in our UK facility and shipped with priority service, delivery typically takes 3–6 days.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may be dispatched in separate consignments and may arrive on different dates.
Delivery is considered complete once all consignments associated with the order have been marked as delivered by the courier.
Customers must ensure that all areas of the delivery location, including any safe places, sheds, porches, or surrounding areas, are thoroughly checked before reporting missing items.
Tracking Information
All shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If a safe place or delivery preference is selected (e.g. shed, porch, garage, or similar), the customer accepts full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to that location.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to parcels after delivery has been confirmed at the specified address or chosen safe place.
Delays and Compensation
In rare instances, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, courier issues, or peak periods. These delays may extend delivery times up to 30 days.
If your order has not been delivered within 50 days, you may be eligible for compensation.
Missing or Stolen Parcels
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are required to:
- Check all safe places and surrounding areas on the property
- Check with neighbours or anyone who may have accepted the delivery
- Contact the courier directly for additional delivery details
- Report the incident to local authorities if theft is suspected
We will assist by providing delivery confirmation details where available. However, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier to the address provided at checkout or to any selected safe place. This includes circumstances where parcels go missing after delivery, regardless of whether the exact cause (including suspected theft) can be determined.
Returns – Complete Orders Only
For products shipped in multiple parts, returns can only be accepted for the complete order.
We do not accept returns of individual components in isolation. All items originally delivered must be included in the return for it to be processed.
